Mine Pabari has 20 years of experience in the fields of natural resource management and sustainable development with a primary focus on Programme Management – including programme and project planning, monitoring and evaluation.
Mine worked with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) for a period of 12 years, which included 8 years as the head of the regional programme for eastern and southern Africa. Mine has also worked as a Consultant for a total of 5 years, supporting projects, programmes and organizations to better utilize monitoring and evaluation for learning and adapative management. In addition, Mine has worked at field level with local NGOs and directly implementing field-based projects.
