Design and implement Project Guidelines & Standards; Project Lifecycle and Project IT Portal for IUCN. This led to the definition and standardization of business processes across multiple departments (i.e. Finance, Legal, Procurement, Environmental and Social Safeguards), the population of an online database (ca. 500 projects with ca. 100 data points per project), the design and delivery of capacity building for project management globally and accreditation under the Global Environment Facility and Green Climate Fund as an implementing agency.

Designing & using strategic evaluations for organizational strengthening - Designed, managed and ensured use of key strategic evaluations for IUCN, including four organization wide external reviews, a governance review and programme reviews of thematic programmes (Environmental Law, Species, Marine, Forests, Water, World Heritage, Protected Areas, Business & Biodiversity) and regional programmes (Asia, Eastern Africa, West Africa, Mediterranean, Europe, Meso-America, Caribbean and Mexico, South America).
