Athari focuses on value driven evaluation aimed at strengthening policy and practice through the use of utilisation focused and participatory approaches. This includes supporting organisations and programmes to establish evaluation systems and processes as well as conducting mid-term or end of term programmatic evaluations and strategic reviews.
